What is Six Thinking Hats®?
The Six Thinking Hats® represent categories or modes of thinking. Using the Six Thinking Hats® will increase collaboration and help realize the full thinking potential of teams.

When used as a meeting management tool, the techniques provide a disciplined process for individuals to focus and get to the point. Importantly, it allows whole teams to look at all sides of an issue comprehensively and without confrontation. All in a fraction of the time traditional methods take.

de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats® quite literally changes the way people and teams think. This makes them better communicators, better problem-solvers, stronger team players, and more effective in meetings.
